After completing his chef's training and working at some of Auckland 's well-renowned restaurants, Alex gained further valuable experience in the UK and returned to New Zealand to join Austin 's in 2003. Alex has worked in all areas of Austin's business and today stands alongside Maggie as Director of the company. Alex's years of experience, education and energy are an asset in the ever-changing catering industry. |

Cobus' flair and absolute attention to both taste and presentation have raised the bar. After 2 years with Austin's, he now has 13 years experience in industry related sales, ranging from hotels and restaurants to Auckland's largest convention centre. Cyril has the ability to recall a wealth of information regarding previous events, and is the ultimate networked. These skills will combine to provide great assistance in the conception and planning of your next event. |

Bringing almost 30 years of hospitality experience to his position as Head of Venue Operations, Stephan started with Austins in a venue specific hands-on function; today he is based at head office and oversees planning and event management. Stephen's skills lie in his ability to direct all aspects of an event, ensuring smooth operation and efficient coordination between venues, clients and staff. |
