	Negroni campari sweet Vermouth gin fill chilled glasses with ice, add equal amounts of the spirits and lightly stir to blend the colours. Garnish with slices of orange peel Sorbet vodka shot fruit sorbet vodka fill shot glass with fruit sorbet, pour over chilled vodka. consume Citron pressé Absolut citron vodka sugar syrup lemon juice place all ingredients except ice in a shacker. Shake well and pour into a ice filled glass. Garnish with a generous grate of lemon zest & twist of peel Berry rum chiller white rum stewed rhubarb strawberries vanilla essence Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with a strawberry.
