In 1998 Austin's was purchased by hospitality Entrepreneur, Maggie Weatherhead. Maggie's drive and energy as Managing Director has developed a team of committed individuals, who together have positioned Austin's at the forefront of the industry, whilst being recognised for their calm and creative approach in producing excellence in both product and service.

Austin's full time brigade of talented chef's, and professional service staff, are all supported by our team of regular casuals. With the experience of creating a huge variety of events ranging from gala dinners for thousands of guests, to small themed canape parties, we have been sought after to create many memorable events.
